RTSP live streaming on Samsung Tizen TV -

i building tv app samsung toast , caph based on angularjs1.

my app calling our server api list of products. once product selected, request sent product's url has following format: 

    <ourserver>//play?url=rtsp%3a%2f%2f<ipaddress>%3a8554%2f<streamid>&mouse=abs

this launches exe on server gets streamed video via rtsp url. video encoded h.264.

this working fine in chrome browser, exe , product's video opening in new windows. but, on samsung tizen tv, cannot work since rtsp not supported.

is there way of making possible keep product's url , handle rtsp in samsung smart tv (any extra-plugin, workaround, ...)? example tizen player seems handle rtsp how should use it?

or gonna have change code on server side use example webrtc instead of rtsp?

ios - Align baselines with characters in large line heights with Text Kit -
