Squid Proxy Active (exited) instead of Active (running) -

i have problem squid proxy.

i using digitalocean vps provider , operating system ubuntu.

i want squid proxy active (running) always, every 30 minutes (time interval) turn active (exited).

how can solved kind of problem?
